Hello, I’m Shelley

I've been helping people find their ideal property in Cyprus since the early 2000s.

Whether you're considering relocating, retiring, purchasing a holiday home or investing in Cyprus, I'd love to help you find the right property and, more importantly, the right location for your lifestyle.

I work across the whole island and have established relationships with many of Cyprus's respected, professional property developers. With my years of experience and local knowledge, I can offer honest, independent guidance to help you make informed decisions.

Cyprus has so much to offer!

From exciting new developments and investment opportunities to beautiful coastal towns, traditional villages and wonderful lifestyle choices, there's something here for everyone.

Take a look at our Cyprus Investment News blog to discover some of the fantastic projects, developments and opportunities emerging across the island.

Whether you're ready to buy or simply exploring your options, I'm always happy to have a friendly chat and share my knowledge. My advice is completely free and without obligation.

At Genesis Homes Abroad, we don't have properties on our website. Instead, we offer a personal, bespoke property-finding service tailored to your individual needs, beginning with a friendly 20–30 minute conversation.

After all, finding the right home is about much more than bricks and mortar. It's about finding the right place for you.

20 minutes with Shelley could change where you spend the next 20 years!

I'd love to hear from you.

Kind regards,

Shelley
